Founder & President of the Carmistin Group
A farmer by passion and an entrepreneur by calling, Justin Paraschiv founded Carmistin in 2003 with a bold goal: to build Romania’s most ethical and integrated food production group. His leadership combines long-term vision with hands-on pragmatism, always putting people, animals, and the environment first.

Since 2014, Andrei has led Carmistin’s growth into a national leader in agri-food.With 13+ years in the Group, he’s known for turning vision into action and strategy into results. Through initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and competitiveness, Andrei has contributed significantly to the Group’s market consolidation.
