The information we collect and use:

Information means information about you collected through our website, including email address and other information you provide by applying to one of our jobs or the information requests about our services. All information provided to us is retained and used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your requests for information or to communicate with you.

The information we collect is: email address, surname, first name, address, phone number, completed studies, personal skills and any other information you decide to provide through the CV you send us.

The provided information is stored for 2 years.

Overall information

From time to time, we may collect general statistical non-personal information about the use of the Website, such as how many visitors visit a certain page of our website, how long they remain on that page and which links, if applicable, are accessed. We collect such information by using technologies such as “cookies” and “IP addresses”, which are discussed in detail below. We may also group overall information about visitors in order to describe the use of the Website to our current or prospective business partners or other third parties, or as a response to a governmental request. However, we assure you that such overall data does not personally identify you, other members in the list or any other visitor of the website.

IP addresses

An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you browse the web. Web servers, computers that “serve” webpages, automatically identify your computer through the IP address. The company collects IP addresses for system administration purposes, to report overall information to third parties and to track the use of the website. When visitors access pages on the website or accessed by a link from sent mail (newsletter) through the Service, our servers keep the IP addresses. We reserve the right to use such IP addresses to identify a visitor or a member of the list in order to improve the user experience or, if we deem necessary, to impose the observance of the website policies or to protect the company, the website, the visitors, the Service, the Internet Service Provider, the partners, the list members or others.

Cookies

Cookies are fragments of information the website transfers to users in order to keep records. Cookies make the web browsing easier for you by saving your preferences while you are on the website. The use of cookies is an industrial standard – you can find them on most websites. They are not used to store personal information or to keep history or transactions data of the subscriber. Showing how and when the visitors use the website, the cookies help us see which areas are popular and which are not. Information such as the total number of visitors and viewed pages are easier to track with cookies. We can use the information from cookies to make improvements and updates to our website and to adapt the services to our visitors’ needs.

You always have the option to deactivate the cookies using the browser preferences. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. You can reset the browser to refuse all cookies or to notify when a cookie is sent. However, please be aware that some features of the Website are not operating correctly or may be slower if you refuse cookies.

Transparent gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

Transparent gifs are small graphic images with unique identifier, similar to cookies and are used to track the online movements of Web users. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the user’s computer, transparent gifs are invisibly incorporated in HTML files and have the size of a dot at the end of a phrase.

We may use transparent gifs in our HTML-based emails to inform us which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to assess the efficacy of a certain communication and the efficiency of our marketing campaigns. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter or other promotional communications by email, you can use the opt-out (unsubscribe) function when receiving them, following the instructions included in each communication.

Except for the limited cases listed here, in this privacy policy, we do not share your personal information with third parties. The companies specified in Terms and Conditions are not deemed third parties.

Agents and third-party services providers

In order to provide the necessary information or to facilitate the recruitment process, we may sometimes use other companies who provide certain specialized services, such as for data processing or other technological services. In such cases, we may provide your personal information to these companies, but they do not have the permission to keep or use your information for any other purpose.

Change of control / Assets transfer

As the company grows, we may purchase other companies or their assets or sell all or a part of our company’s business assets. The information on Customers is, generally, one of the business assets involved in such transactions. Thusly, in case the company assets are fully or partially purchased by a third party, the information on customers, including all information about visitors collected through the website or the service, is one of the transferred assets. In case of corporate change in the control or total or partial sale of our business assets, our users are notified according to the section “Changes to this Policy”, in case their personal information is provided to the new entity (company or purchaser).

Observing the law

The Company reserves the right to disclose information on members in special cases, when we have reasons to believe that disclosing such information is required to identify, contact or undertake legal actions against someone who may cause a prejudice or interference (intentionally or unintentionally) with the company rights or properties, other visitors, list members, or any other person who may be prejudiced by such activities. The company also reserves the right to disclose information on the visitors or members list, when we believe in good faith that the law requires this.

Unfortunately, no Internet data transfer or data storage can be 100% guaranteed. Therefore, while our company strives to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee any information disclosed or transferred online and we cannot be liable for theft, destruction or accidental disclosure of personal information.
